There are two things that agents or buyers need to see: a Pilot and "a Bible for television." You only learn about Bibles when you are working with television producers.
Whatever network or streaming company buys any project it needs to see what it presents the audience for at least one full season, and hopefully for 2-4 seasons. This is because the big money comes at 2 years, 3 years, and 5 years. At those dates the show is sold to "syndication" for over $1 billion. A hit sitcom can sell for $3-6 billion if it lasts 5 years.

TERMINATION/ RESTRICTION

You agree that it will only be a service provided to your requests according to your needs. GUEDELHA CORPORATION's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of GUEDELHA CORPORATION's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided or collected by GUEDELHA CORPORATION in relation to such service provided. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision. that best matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement will continue in effect.
